Call for Papers

Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) invites research scholars, young faculty and management practitioners, to present their research papers and research proposals at its ‘Responsible and Resilient Business Research Conference and Doctorial Consortium 2022’ to be held from 22nd to 23rd April 2022. To this end, we invite research proposals, research papers, research work in the final stages just before submission, under the different tracks.

The conference invites research papers in the areas of all streams of management namely:

  • Hr & OB
  • OM & Decision Sciences
  • Strategy & Entrepreneurship

Submission Guidelines

A) Abstract of Research Papers for Conference must include :

  • Title (250 Character Maximum): Entered in Title Case
  • Abstract: Maximum 250-words, keywords - 4 to 5.
  • Research Paper Length: Max 4000-5000 words (Excluding References)
  • Author Name and Affiliation: After the title, name of author, author’s affiliation, and institutional address with pin code and email id should be mentioned. In case there are two or more authors, then the corresponding author’s name and address details must be clearly specified.
  • Font Style: Times New Roman
  • Font Size:12-Point Font
  • Spacing: Double-spaced
  • Margins : 1-inch (2.5cm) margin all around
  • Document Type: MS Word
  • Referencing Style: APA

B) Doctoral Research Proposals / Research Synopsis for Doctoral Consortium must include:

  • Title of the research proposal, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, expected theoratical & managerial implications.
